Our Story

Absolute Strata Management

Absolute Strata Management is a family owned business that has been providing strata management services for over two decades. We were initially established after several clients approached us after being frustrated by the rapidly rising management fees for their buildings.

We felt the solution was to offer a fixed fee whilst maintaining quality service. This remains our commitment.

Particularly pleasing to us is that the majority of our new business is from referrals and frequently owners recommend our services when they sell and move onto new schemes.

Our business is independent with no affiliations to real estate agents, property developers or tradesmen.

The office principals and senior staff have over 50 years combined experience as strata managers and provide expert knowledge to assist our owners through the maze of changing legislation and court interpretations. Strata management is an industry which raises new challenges daily and we believe constant training and the development of our staff is a cornerstone to ensuring a continued high level of advice and service to our clients.

One of the points frequently raised by our new owners is that they did not feel that their former management arrangements allowed inclusion of the owners in the decision making process. We have adopted a philosophy that the owners corporation determines the agenda and that we then provide a framework to facilitate the smooth and compliant operation of the strata scheme.

Over the past decade we have developed a reputation for delivering quality strata management services with exceptional customer service. We appreciate that there is no perfect “one size fits all” approach to managing a building however we have streamlined our processes to keep costs to our clients to a minimum whilst remaining focussed on ensuring we provide a professional, courteous and efficient service.
